Yes, the 2006 AFL season is upon us and AXIS Consulting Group invites you, your clients, patients, business associates, staff and family and friends to join our inaugural Footy Tipping Competition!
The entry fee is a mere $52, that's just over $2 a week. Further, Axis will donate 5 percent of your entry fee to charity.
You will be awarded 1 point for a win, 0 points if it is a draw, and 0 point for a loss (of course).
Tips must be submitted by 5.30pm Friday. If the round begins earlier then you must submit your tips by 5.30pm on the day that round commences.
If you fail to submit you tips on time you will be awarded the designated away teams.
If you do not pay the $52 entry fee prior to the commencement of Round 3, you will not be able to participate any further until you do. First Place: 50% of the prize pool Second Place: 25% of the prize pool Third Place: 15% of the prize pool Fourth Place: 5% of the prize pool Lucky Last: 5% of the prize pool (and a handy wooden spoon!)
If two individuals tie for first place, the first and second place prize pools (75% of the total prize pool) will be shared, with the third place prize pool being awarded to the next highest tipper(s). Alternatively if first place is shared by three or more individuals the first, second and third place prize pools will be shared (90% of the total prize pool).
If two individuals tie for second place, the second and third place prize pools will be shared by those tippers.
